Starting with a capacity assessment, we'll identify where your organization is today and where you can grow across leadership, programs, financial management, personnel, operations, funding, and external relationships.

​

Over the course of ten, 2-hr sessions, we will dive into practical skills and translate learning into action. 

​

Sessions include: 

1: Intro to Social Good & Cohort Building
2: Organizational Capacity Assessment Results
3: Governance, Leadership, and Culture 
4: Programs and Community Impact
5: Financial Management and Budgeting
6: Personnel, Volunteer, and Team Development
7: Operational Infrastructure and Systems
8: Fundraising and Sales with Authenticity 
9: Community Partnerships and External Relationships
10: Putting It Into Action

Your investment is $####, or $###/month paid over 6 months, and includes an initial capacity assessment, weekly sessions, Skills for Social Good workbook, and one-on-one support between meetings, as needed.

 

Looking for funding? Many organizations cover the cost through leadership or professional development budgets. We can also help you incorporate Skills for Social Good into grant proposals.

Over the course of a year, we dive into monthly 1.5 hour sessions that include skills development and setting actionable next steps. 

 

Annual engagements begin at $250/month and include an initial capacity assessment, monthly skill-development sessions, a Skills for Social Good workbook, and ongoing support between meetings as needed.
